The fixed documents will occupy about 30MB. So there will be 480MB left.And the last part the sending statistics: 1 sending statistics will only occupy about 200 bytes. So it can store about 2,000,000 sending statistics.
Q: What is the difference among the device name, campaign name and context files.
A: What appear in the mobile phone is the "campaign name" and the "advertisement file". Not the device name.
The device name is just for the bluetooth software to identify different device(eg, supermarket, food court, McDonald's, KFC and so on) and send to different devices the right information from the software.
Q:Can we link the device to computer via flash cable and save the files directly instead of saving in flash memory then plugging the flash to the device?
A:Our bluetooth marketing devices is stand along work mode.
Please do not use USB cord to connect directly from the unit to the PC.

Firstly, make a campaign in our Bluetooth Software.
Secondly, Save the campaign to a USB Flash Device via " USB disk" tab.
Finally, connect the USB to the Bluetooth Device (via a USB cable for P14/R14 Bluetooth Devices).
Q: Where do you save the sending statistics ? If a "Clear statistics" action is done, all the record will be lost, right?
If both "Access statistics" and "Clear statistics" are checked on, what will happen in both LAN and NET modes?
A: All the statistics will be saved in the Bluetooth marketing device.
And if you click" access statistics", then the statistics can be seen either in the statistics report in our Bluetooth marketing software tab or in the USB.
If you click" clear statistics" , then all the record will be lost.
If choose both" access statistics" and " clear statistics", then our Bluetooth marketing software will get the sending statistics first.And after that, it will clear all the statistics. So if you click" operate" in the " LAN" tab or click" Receive from the device" in the " Net" tab, then the statistics will also appear in the blank.
Q: How can I get the statistics of each Bluetooth marketing device?
A: There are many ways to get the sending statistics:Via USB/Lan/Net tab.
Note: every time when update the device, please choose " access statistics" and " access blacklist".
A) Via USB: Plug the USB to the bluetooth marketing device to read the statistics from the device.
Option 1: plug the USB to the computer and find the "getstat" folder then "statistics." text to read.
Option 2: plug the USB to the computer . Double-click the a campaign in the " USB disk" tab in our software and then there will pop out a windows task, please click the USB and click " Open", then the sending statistics will appear in the left bottom of the Bluetooth software.
B) Via " Lan" Tab. Click a campaign in the " Lan" tab. Click " access statistics" and click " operate". Then the sending report will appear in the right bottom blank.
C) Via Net. Click a campaign in the " Net" tab and click" Receive from device". Then the sending report will appear in the left bottom blank.
Q: I noticed that I was uploading many times new file to theBluetooth advertising devices, I think the device overwrite new files on the old files. Am I right?
A: Yes, our bluetooth advertising device will overwrite the new files on the old files.
Q: I noticed that after receiving the message and if I switch off the Bluetooth advertising device and switch on again it will ask me to receive the same message which I received already. Where can I set it that if the mobile receive once, he should not receive again even if I switch off and on the device.
A: Our bluetooth advertising device will save the sending statistics every hour. So if you switch off and then switch on again, maybe our bluetooth advertising device hasn't recorded the sending statistics, so it will send it to your mobile phones again.
